  • What’s the line up?

    Innersoul’s primary package is a 5 piece band consisting of female lead vocalist, pianist, bass, drums and guitar. However we do offer many additional packages to cater for your event; such as a package that increases the personnel of the band up to an 11 piece band adding; an additional female lead vocalist, two female backing singers and three piece Brass section.

  • Can you cater for events that have specific cultural requirements such as Hindu/Jewish/Greek?

    Yes. We can tailor your entertainment to suit your requirements. Innersoul have performed at many Jewish weddings over the years and are regularly recommended to others within the community. We have a variety of traditional Jewish music for special occasions including Hava Nagilah, Horah Dance, Siman Tovm Mazel Tov to name a few and we are happy to perform other specific songs on request (in advance).

    We have Israeli singers available to perform with the band by request, giving you that added traditional authenticity for your special day. With on average over 25 years experience each, the musicians of innersoul are well connected in the industry so specialists are readily available - from West End stars, recording artistes, specialist instrumentalists like harpists, balalaikas etc.

  • How much do Innersoul cost to hire?

    Please contact us for a quote; we are sorry we can’t tell you instantly but there are many variables that will affect the final price.

  • Does your price include everything?

    For convenience our quotes cover everything including expenses and (If required), DMX Lighting and one of our state of the art PA’s for up to 600 guests

  • Do you require a deposit?

    We require a deposit of 50% to secure the booking - We will request this in a letter sent to you on confirmation of the booking. This letter will include your booking contract – which we ask that you return one signed copy of the contract along with the deposit. The remaining fee is payable on or before the day of your event and prior to our performance.

  • What happens if I cancel?

    In the event of cancellation the following applies –
    Cancellation more than 12 weeks prior to event – deposit refunded in full.
    Cancellation less than 12 weeks prior to event – no refund of deposit.

  • How long do you play for?

    Our fee is based on us playing up to 2 hours of music. How you split that up is entirely up to you, but we generally play 2 x 60 minute sets. We can however play for longer at extra cost (pro rata).

  • How experienced is the band?

    Innersoul band members are all highly experienced professionals and have worked in areas such as Theatre, Radio, TV and London's West End and numerous arena and festival tours all around the world.

  • How far do you travel?

    We travel both nationally and internationally to play at events.

  • How much space do you need?

    This is dependent on how many musicians are booked for a particular event – For example as a standard 5 piece band ; Ideally we need a minimum space of 5m wide x 4m deep but we have been known to squeeze into smaller areas when absolutely necessary.

  • Will I need to provide any equipment for the band?

    The band is fully self-contained with a number P.A systems catering for up to 600 guests, sound desk and state of the Art D.M.X lighting. However, we do require that the venue has at least two standard power points situated near the performance space.

  • How far in advance shall I book the band?

    Please book the band as soon as you can, we are already booking up into next year!

  • I would like the band to play outside what are the requirements for this?

    Open air events can be fantastic and we are happy to play outside but would need a suitable area such as a covered stage or marquee/gazebo for example; Potential rainfall etc.. needs to be taken into account and we will require access to at least two standard power points

  • What happens if one of the band members cannot play due to illness?

    Innersoul collective has a pool of incredible 'stand in' musicians and vocalists who are all trusted, professional, rehearsed and ready to go. We would never compromise the quality of the musicians who play in the band - The show must go on!!

  • Can you arrive in the morning to set up for an evening event?

    If we are available, yes. However an extra fee will be applicable.

  • How long do you take to set up?

    Our quote includes us being available for up to 3 hours before our performance. We like to allow approx 11⁄2 hours for the 'get in', PA set up and sound check. We will always run through a few numbers to fully balance the sound to the venue prior to each performance. Therefore, it is important that you account for this in your schedule. We will need to make some noise albeit it of the musical kind!

  • Do you take requests?

    We can learn specific songs to play at your event. The first dance at a wedding is free. Any other songs have an additional charge of £60 per song to cover rehearsal costs.

  • Can Innersoul play recorded/background music between sets?

    Yes, we can play music through our PA system before we play and during the Interval and have an incredibly large selection of music covering all styles including; contemporary chart, swing, soul, rock n roll, pop and disco etc... Alternatively you can provide your own music if you prefer... just pop a playlist on your iPod!!
